I occasionally see this "thing" coming out of my live rock from time to time and this morning I saw it pop out of my sand so I decided to snap a pic. Anways, I'm thinking it's a peanut worm. What do you guys think??

Definately a peanut worm! They come in a few different color variations depending on the species. I have black and white striped ones in my reef. They are harmless and eat detritus and left over food that the other creatures in your tank can't reach.
