    I am having a moment. What is the name of the sump device that has a wall with 2 lights on it. as the water moves over the wall the hair algae is grown and it keeps it out of your main display tank.

    Nope. No one has heard of it.

    Heres more explanation.

    You have a vertical wall in your sump or fuge and hanking frome the top is a piece of pvc with holes in it. you ziptie a mesh material and let it hang. You place light on both sides and as the water flows down it created hair algae. you do this to create a plage for all the hair algae to collect and it keeps the algae out of the DT.

    The one I know of is called the santa monica algae scrubber.

    This is their website, I think its a bit expensive for what it is , I seen some DIY that work great.
