I have had a skunk cleaner for almost 3 months now. When I purchased it I did notice it was the biggest skunk cleaner I have ever seen at any LFS. Well long story short he looks rough right now and probably not going to make it another hour. My water tests are perfect my peppermint is doing fine, all my fish fine, my beginner corals are ok having a little trouble with some cyana covering them.

Do they love 1,2,3... years? Is it likely the shrimp could have just been old when I got it?

    It might simply be molting.

well it has molted 3 times since I have had it and the last one wasn't very recent. I will admit I never actually saw any of the action as they did it at night just the empty shell in the morning. What do they look like when they molt?

They stay in once place and look dead before they shed. Then you see an empty exoskeleton, and they hide for a day or so until their new exoskeleton is hard enough.
