What is the all time BEST cooling fans

So I have a biocube and am looking to put new cooling fans up for the leds. I am curious as to what company makes the best and quietest fans? Any input will help

The tunze aqua wind is a good one, whisper quiet. The "up aqua" is also considered top notch. I just use a 6" clip on fan on my sump when the temp gets a little too high. With my metal halide lights, I had the 4 row computer cooling fans on the back of the tank as well as on top of the light itself (the light had no built in cooling fans) instead of using my chiller to try and save on power consumption a little bit. They worked just fine, although not the best looking or quietest by any means.

 

I have had no complaints with Vantec Stealth and many others recommend Scythe fans. The aquatic vendors buy from others like computer vendors and jack the price up.

 

I use the enermax enlobal fans. Can't usually hear them.
