    I got my first cell phone at 32
    when I went to school we had to do math, algebra etc. with paper and pencil, today kids use calculators and can not do basic math without one.
    Technology can be very beneficial but a person should know how to find answers they need without it.

    As far as kids with cell phones mine got theirs when they started high school except for the youngest, he still does not have one only because he looses everything.
