This is for a salt water fish tank. I was wondering what i should do after i cycle my fish tank for 12 weeks ;D
I am doing a sea horse tank & I also need to know if ANYBODY knows what goes in first, the clean up crew or the sea horses. I am assuming that the clean up crew would be the first live thing to go into your tank.
I feel like it should be the same thing that people do with fish just with seahorse.
    any ideas?

PS i am pretty sure i have to put like a coral into my fish tank but i don't know what kind. And when that should go into the fish tank? and how long i should wait until i put my seahorses in?
I know the coral has to go in first because thats what the seahorses use to sleep ya dig!!

    Hey there...
GAZOG is a user here who is very informed with the horses.
Also you should try to do a search on this forum and you will be surprised as to all the answers to your questions you will find....you may just come back with even MORE questions. ; )
    Give it a go...search seahorses..lots'o stuff
As for the cycle, you need to do some testing.. if you have not already. Need to know your paramaters.
I would say if all is good...you should have a cleaning crew in there....what size tank is it? how about some pictures...little things that matter. : )
    Good luck...

well dont you want to put a clean up crew in your tank before it gets to dirty. my boyfriends 125 looked horrible and he had to go out and get turbos to clean up his whole tank but they gradually began to die until he didnt have any left and now his sand is a mess. His LR is good now, before it had a bunch of algea on in, but now his sand is all green and brown and i dont want that to happen to my tank. Plus from what ive learned so far you need to keep your tank in pristine condition for seahorses

    what do you think?

i just recently got into the fish tank hobby because my boyfriend is really into it. he started me with a beta and now im moving on to sea horses. haha big jump huh?
but i figure with his experience plus everyone on 3 reef i should be okay you know what i mean but i just want to get an idea of what i have to do before i do it.

    its like research :)
