    hmm, new at posting pics here..will try again when I get home from work. The fish is about 3" long, silver body, black and white striped tail.

    ok, took more pics last night, but the next size up from what's posted above was still too big. :/ BUT, the LFS thought it had been called a "Culia". So I spent part of my morning at work researching and after going through different spellings of the name I finally found it. It's a Kuhlia Mugil. Here's the link then scroll to bottom Family Kuhliidae, Flagtails, Aholehole

    He'd just given me the fish as it'd been in the LFS for a couple of months. After watching him as a voracious eater and reading more about it I think I'll just take em back lol :)

    love the hawiian name Aholehole. Its the ahole fish. Sounds like they get big too. 11in fish must have a big tank.
