what filtration for 29g reef tank?

    im a total newbie when it comes to sumps so im not sure if the tidepool sump is a better sump than the 1 pictured above. i like to over filtrate any tank so i know the bigger the better. i will have about 35lbs of live rock going in the 29g tank.
    i had a hot magnum filter on a fw tank but the water level has to be high enough so it doesnt make alot of noise which i hate to hear already with 5 tanks behind me now lol.
