Any marine safe epoxy will be fine. Or you can use some super glue gel. As long as its a cynoaccelerant (spelling?) you can use it.

Go to Home Depot and buy a few tubes of WaterWeld. It's made by JB Weld and is in the aisle with all of the glues. It's perfectly safe. I've used it since I began attaching frags. It costs around 3.00 for a tube. While your at it pick up a bottle of Loc-Tite Superglue gel. The best bond I get is when I dry the plug/tile bottom, put a good drop of glue, put a ball of epoxy putty on the glue, put another good drop of glue on top of the epoxy. When you set the frag twist it back and forth a little while applying pressure. You'll feel the glue start to set in a few seconds.

What do you guys think about pool putty. I fell like you are going to attack me on this one but has anyone tried it? I have a ton of it, thats why! It is a bonding putty where you have to mix the blue and black together.

Yes, it is safe. I use the Super Glue brand Gel. The gel is easier to use and not runny like the regular super glue.

Reefmokeys advise is good as well!

Sounds like some sort of Epoxy but I wouldn't use it unless your 100% sure that it is reef safe.

I would try to find all the data I could on it, msds etc. I'd type the exact name into google as a question like has anyone ever used _________________ to epoxy plugs in their reef? Guess what I'm trying to say is be absolutely 100% before you try anything new. And have carbon and water ready for a change.
