Ok so I'm sure its either ich or hole in the head. I did a little research on hith but for some reason couldn't find the technical name. Water params to follow shortly, can't do it at the moment. Here's a picture, the 2 spots on the first white stripe behind her eyes.

Just recently added a 6 line and 2 frags. I had to stick my hand in the tank twice to move a frag, I kinda pushed water towards her to keep her from nipping me while I moved the frag. Only time I can really remember I might have stressed her.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
With Marine Ich there is usually multiple white spots that look like grains of salt. If the fish is eating and active those are good signs. Sometimes my clowns get grains of sand on them as well.

The other Laterial Line Disease, does not present as spots but rather lesions. Try this link it might lead you in the right direction.

You sure it's not just from some rough housing? My clowns get marks on themselves everynow and again that look just like that. I've learned to just ignore them for the most part. I just keep an eye on any marks for a period of time but generally don't intervene. They have always just gone away on their own.
