    That's a good reactor to run carbon. Just need to supply the pump with the right water flow.

    Yeah, I wanted to put my chemi pure in it. I have the pump already. I would run my return pump from my sump to this and then from here back to the DT. Sound like a good idea. I'm still a bit green with this hobby.

    When I use mine I run it from my sump. You know out of sight out of mind.

    Ok, if I were running chemi pure in this do I let it in its bag or do you take it out?

    Honestly Veed, it's not bad, but Bulk Reef Supply is better. You get a canister, hard tubing, flow control valve, and quick connect fittings all for $40. All you have to do is hook up the pump. The pumps recommended are for 300 gph, so better than the 75gph they say. For the same money Go with BRS. Ever salt water guy should have an account with them.

    BRS units are very popular. I personally dont have one yet, but will likelly go with a BRS unit.

    The only problem is that one requires a larger pump than I am running. I would have to buy a larger pump and then here I am with a bunch of money sunk into a $40 item. I will need a bigger pump though when I go to a bigger tank so i'll have to think about it.
