How are you disposing of it?
You need to be careful with that as it can be very invasive.
As for what to do with it, maybe you can dry it in a way (possibly with a mixture of other stuff) to make food?

Sell it on Ebay, there are always people looking for it on there. You can ship it via priority Mail and it usually gets there in 2 days. Packaged in a Plastic bag wrapped in a wet paper towel it should get where ever it is shipped fine.

Keep in mind that caulerpa is illegal in several states I believe. I would be careful selling it online.

chaetto is'nt caulerpa and theres no bands on it as far as i know.i asked the people at S.C.A.T.T. i about died when i saw their name lol.anyway their the group campaining against caulerpa.they said chaetto was ok.so idk, maybe i can set up a bucket to store it in till i have enough to ship.cause i'm not going to ship something thats worth a few bucks 2nd day.maybe for the trouble i'll keep throwing it away.i toss it out the back door in my lawn.i'm in western PA. so its not going to cause any problems.

I remove it several times a week from our refugium like a hand full here and there when putzing around in the basement with the skimmer and reactor stuff you know the several times a week look over the stuff I just pull a hand full or two and toss it into the toilet and flush it .
Not to much now some newer toilet don't flush that well :) But the chlordanes and chlorines in the freshwater flush ruptures the cells and kills it and after a trip through the treatment plant I know its dead . If on a septic system don't do this harvest it into a bucket and kill it in freshwater and a splash of bleach to ensure its demise then into the trashcan . California and Florida are being hit hard from the stuff that was just tossed out into the yr or creek..

As for selling and buying this stuff ?? This is also a major problem we are seeing now with the coral eating pest all over the country.. You gpto Flea Bey to buy it from Harry and all he has is what Dick sold him and Tom who gave it to dick has just lost his entire system to some pest . Only buy this stuff from a known safe commercial dealer who can ensure as well as can be that its pest free thats why we at pour shop set up a system just for algae and we feed it with fertilizer as its never exposed to the animal systems water.

I also take a little out but I put it in the tank and the yellow and kole tang and fox face eat it up.
