    What is in my 125reef?
A few of them get on the front glass, they are about 4mmx3mm. Look like a flat kind of worm. NOne are any bigger, if that big.

All my corals show no recession, etc.

They don't look like the pic of copopods, or amhipods.

Anyone? I think they are way too small to be the dreaded flatworms I've heard about.

They are kind of white, with a brownish are in the midline.
My Tangs, etc, don't eat them off the glass or anything.

I tried to take a pic with my Iphone 4, too small to get any focus on it.

Indeed a pic would help. I tried, too small as I said.

It doesn't look exactly like the 2nd pic though.

My corals are fine, I'll keep an eye on them though.

It is probably a flatworm. Not all flatworms are detrimental though. Most can be a benefit to your tank.

+1 on not all being bad, and they're interesting to watch.

Do they almost look like a partially developed clear/whiteish aiptasia? If so, I have a bunch in my sump...

    Thanks Norg, et. al.,

These don't look too menacing, at least not yet anyhow. They are VERY small.

NOrg, I traded some designer/specialty beer- a 6 pack, to a reefer I met in Milwaukee and he graciously gave me 3 x sps coral frags. I now have a total of 16 different corals- including the sps, lps, softies, and a zoa.

One is a green slimer, one other is a kind of birds nest, and the other I'm not sure of, similar ot a birdsnest frag though.

All is well in my tank these days.

Menacing looking maybe not, but....they multiply like crazy into plague proportion!! Not only via sexually but they actually split themselves in half, 1 becoming 2 wow! Keep a close eye on their numbers. Few fish will actually eat them as they are very toxic :(

Quick question...:) I noticed you have a flame angel...do you or have have you had any problems with him nipping at your corals? I want to get one so bad...but I'm worried about my soft corals...people have told me their 50/50 reef safe...as well as they are very finicky when it comes to food...I had a yellow head angelfish that wouldn't eat...but loved nibbling on my condy's so I had to get rid of him..:( But Very Nice tank!!!
