AquaC, Knop, PM are really good CA reactors and if money is no object, look at the Deltec's. Luna

I'll second the GEO, if I hadn't made a DIY reactor with a couple friends, that is the one I would have purchased.

Knop and Precision Marine is excellent for the money. I run a Knop C and love it.

Keep in mind the price of the calc reactor isnt the only thing to factor in

You have Calc reactor, Ph monitor, Recirc pump, Feed pump (unless you build a manifold off your return pump), calc media, co2 bottle and co2 regulator to factor in

Good point Iraf. That stuff does add up. Although a monitor is not a requirement, It really helps by turning off the co2 when needed. (edit - when attached to a solenoid)
