What additivces do you use?

I don't like having to clean my glass constantly. I actually Only do it once a week. When I used DTs I would have to do it each day for a week. I wouldn't put much in either.

I don't do WCs often either. Maybe once every few months. I mainly dose calcium. My 5 clams eat it up faster than I can put it in.

 

I like to stick with one brand for the salt and supplements that I use in my tanks...my opinion is that a good manufacturer would ensure that all the products in their line would work very well and compliment each other.

I use Tropic Marin salt (both their original and Bio Actif) along with TM Bio Calcium, Bio Mg, Bio Strontium and Pro Coral Cure with great success for many years. I also use their Pro Coral Phyton and Zooton to feed my tank.

 

Brightwell's MB7 and Reef Fuel daily which helped me beat my GHA and cyano issues. I Keep dosing it now to try to and stay close to ULNS and it turns my water ultra clear. Also Brightwell's amino acids once or twice a week as opposed to the daily recommendation.
