I have weird stuff growing on my zoa rocks, and on snail shells. Its really small like 5mm-1cm ish tall, and It looks like a land plant rather then like algae sea.
Its kinda like solid like dried land plant, and on the tip it has a tiny ball with little couple hairs on it, like a dendelion but not much as that, maybe like 10-20 but not enough to cover the ball.

Apprently this things are annoying my zoa's making zoas not open fully, well only the part where the zoa is touching the thing, other part thts not touching this is opening fully.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
My only guess is a type of hydroids, off the top of my head. Need a better image though.

They can be if they can keep multiplying. They pack a strong sting and can bother corals quite well. Low nutrient levels will kill them off eventually. Skim wet and feed less.

Feed less and skimming wet means raise the water level in the skimmer so more water and skimmate come out. The skimmate will be lighter in color more of a straw color instead of tea or coffee colored.

Yup, feed less. Wet skimming is when you get a lot of thick wet foam/water in your skimmer, as opposed to a thin layer of dry gunk.
