Wayne =? & max size mag drive & overflow box

Wayne, did you figure out if you could fit a 55g underneath your stand? I'm thinkin of borrowing someones and seeing if i could finagle it otherwise I'll have to get a smaller tank.

Folks, I was thinking of getting the eshopps pf-800 overflow box with mag7, but was wondering...is there any benefit to getting the next size box up for greater flow? ie. pf-1000

 

No I have not try it yet but it should fit with no promblems cause I have a 125 gal tank and it 6ft long 15" wide and a 55 gal tank is 13" wide by 48" long 13" tall the only thing I have to make sure of is that the skimmer will fit and that it will be easy to get to plus kind of lookin for something a lil bit wide just to get an xtra few gal's of water I just measure the inside of the stand like wear all of your support are I measure wear the smallest parts of the stand

lol! Doh...you can jack my threads all you want. I don't care! I learned something from them too! Also, today I tried getting a 30 long underneath and it barely made it. And the only reason I got it to fit is because I pulled out the rear center brace. I noticed it didn't look very snug to begin with so I gave it a pull (& a couple hits w/fist) and it came out. Needless to say there's no way I'm getting anything longer than a 30 long under there. At most I could go wider and taller.

 

Yea I'm goin to just take my tank off the stand and put mine in that way would like to have something a lil bit wider let me how your goes cause I have along way to go $ is short and I need to buy base rock and get the sump together good luck
