Wave maker and filter question

    With 28 gallon nano cube a wave maker and dial came along with it how often should I run the pumps? Should I leave them running or should i have the dial set to a certain amount of seconds the wavemaker should run?
    Please lemme know what you guys think

    I dont have a timing device on my wave makers Lanclancballa

    so my option is to leave it on 24/7 or manually turn off when doing maintenance etc

    how large is the wavemaker and more importantly how do the inhabitants respond to it?
