I would venture a guess that your alk is not reliable and you making snow. Your alk is real low but you have high PH and your Ca is high. Something is out of balance. How old are your test kits?

How are you dosing your chems and how much. Perhaps I'm wrong about the milky water, but the fact your PH is high and your Alk is low does not make sense.

I agree we need to know more about your tank:

    Live rock?
    Livestock?
    Filtration?
    volume?
    Lighting? (can affect pH)
    Substrate?

High pH and low alk can cause calcium to precipitate out of the water.

In general if the tank's free of live stock, add a few drops of vinegar per 10g and re-test, keep that up till you pH is around 8.2

There are also commercial pH down solutions, they're just very dilute hydrochloric acid... they work as well.

the alk reading looks to low to hold the calcium that high, so its starting to precipitate
