Water changes

water changes , I perform a 5 gallon water change on a tank containing 75 gallons of water every week (I think I have missed twice in the last 12 months)
I agree with the others that feel the tank does benefit from these smaller and frequent changes

also be aware that starting a tank for the specific purpose of selling frags from it, can be interpretted as a Commercial venture , which could see you experiencing issues, should you repeatedly try selling frags from the For Sale forum on this site (and in fact other sites)

I do 40gallons every 2 weeks on a 185 Gallon tank.
