    well the best part is my neighbors steal electric and water from the city so mine is all screwed up and my payments arent sh!t, $18 last month electric bill, $14 this month.

    yeah, but it helps me have a cheap bill (im broke i need all the help i can get) and they are literally crack heads and the city is trying to bulldoze the house(literally) why do my threads alway seem to go so far off topic???? im confused
