So I have waited two weeks for this 29g biocube to settle and I haven't touched it or done water changes on it. I tested water yesterday, nitrates are still high, I was thinking of doing a 10g water change tonight if you guys think that 2 weeks of letting the tank settle is long enough. So what do you guys thing?

Hi Zoanthids - was the water from the 14 gallon set up you had? ( I have been away for a week so lost touch with whats going on)

was the rock new or also from the 14?

if this was a tank upgrade , is there any livestock in there yet?

if it was a fresh set up, new water, new rock, I would probably wait until I was ready to start stocking before doing 1st water change - depending what the levels where
if Ammonia and Nitrite where zero and I was adding hardy fish, and Nitrate was less than 20ppm, I may leave 1st water change until 1st week after adding that fish
