You'll know when the clowns are fighting. Trust me. It's violent. I just witnessed my maroon take out a percula. Not a pretty sight.

haha ya, I was not expecting this many reply in such a short period of time. Other forums takes 1 or 2 days to get 1 reply. Go 3reef! xD

And thank you all for your opinions. Oh! one more question
My water test shows up as

    Amonia: 0
    Nitrate: 15
    Nitrite: 0
    Ph: 8.3
    Salt : 1.023

Tank a little over a month old and have 3 fish, 4 snail and 1 hermit. When would be good time to add a coral? No rush there since they are bit expensive

    Your always welcome

its a team game and the team played well for you on this thread IMO

is the clown still in the bag? or has it been released?

twitching can be a sign , showing off, making sure the new guy knows who the boss is
    monitor and react as needed

    cool
    the difference in sizes helps

the larger one will eventually be the female (if not already)
the smaller one will be male

various people would have different opinions

Me, Im a 3 months after tank is set up person on coral stocking
some corals could go in sooner and wont be a problem (I kown there are GSP for example going into tanks within 2 weeks maybe less of it being set up)

I like the diatom stage and any potential early algae stages to be finished ( or for me to feel confident they are not coming) thats when I start adding corals

but other people have equally valid timescales based on their own experiences

ah i see, My diatoms are almost all cleared up. Sand is becoming white again. What would be a hardy coral that can survive with biocube 29 gallon stock lighting?
