    Clearly the vortech seems to be the better product but are they worth the extra money...there's a huge difference in price

    Once you see the random flow/wave the VorTechs create in your tank, you can never go back to regular one. Not to mention, less power cord thus neater look :)

    vortech well worth the price can link with radions and other pumps with out other equipment.different modes for different systems
