Loud vortechs are almost always caused by not having it aligned properly or by using the wrong spacer. Stare straight at the back of the pump through the glass and line up the wet side that way. Then try rotating the wet side clockwise slowly with the pump on the lowest setting. You can usually get rid of most if not all the noise this way. Just takes some tweaking.

What is the difference between the MP10ES and MPES W?

w just means it's wireless. The wireless versions can be sinked/anti sinked together to be on the same settings...basically you can control multiple pumps from one controller. So you would have 1 master pump and the rest would be used as "slave pumps".

I have had the vortech for a couple of days now and I tweaked the settings to exactly how I like it! The tank is looking awesome. It is looking the best it ever has and I am going to post another video tomorrow. Now that the coral is acclimated to the flow they look great! My zoas/palys have been opening up fuller and the entire colony opens up now apposed to a few polyps being closed, my leathers are looking better than ever, and the antire tank seems much happier! Lastly I have not seen even I tiny speck of cyano since I added the Vortech and usually a see a spot or two with cyano every few days. The Vortech is an awesome product and I highly reccomend it! 8)
