Im having trouble with my viaqua reactor. The phosban will stay at the bottom of the reactor then after a couple days it moves up and compresses itself to the top baffle. Its aggrevating and idk what to do to keep it down below before gettign compressed. Any help is appreciated

lol i dialed the flow all the way down and up and up it went, im thinkign of adding a small zip tie inside and maybe keeping it down like that so the flow will keep it flowing without moving it

So is the zip tie solution working?
If so could you draw it out or make a video demo of it?

+1. Not sure where exactly you put the zip tie, but I also have this issue occasionally with my ViaAqua 20/20. Pics would be awesome! :D

Forthose having trouble, I don't think you got all the accessories with it. There should be 2 foam disks and 2 plastic discs. You set it up with the bottom foam/plastic about 1-2" from the bottom of the reactor and the second set about 1-2" above the first set.
