    Hey everybody.
    Been surfing alot lately since ive been in the hospital since Wednesday. Crohns flare and colon spasms. Fun stuff let me tell ya!
    Been watching my tank via webcam app so at least I can watch my tank at home

    Hope everyones having a better time than me today lol
    And aint technology the greatest!?

    I've been reading about going gluten free for a bit to trim up some and a TON of people with Chrons and IBS are reporting awesome results simply by not eating wheat...

    My totally be something your completely aware of but I'd thought I'd throw it out there just in case...

    I was thinking about getting a book for light reading called Wheat Belly if I can swing by the book store tomorrow, along with some other light reading...

    Yeah fb I have been trying out alot of stuff thats gluten free. In my opnion it hasnt really helped much. Seems im in the hospital every 6 months or so no matter what I do. Crohns is just a ugly beast. Most of the time im ok since I take alot of meds for it but certain times like right now it is a real pita and theres not much I can do.
