    Guys, I have hundreds of these things on the side of the aquarium. what are they? they are to small to show up on a camera but look like very VERY miniatures stars or something. Crazy!

    If they look like miniature starfish, they are asterina like already said. They don't have to have a set number of legs.

    i am pretty sure one of the things that makes them unique is there 6 legs instead of the more common 5 legs

    Actually, no. They can even have just 1-2 legs.

    that is interesting:) i didnt know astiera star's came with 1-2 legs i have only seen the ones with 6 legs
