VERY confused with tank size!

    I have a tank that is 10" wide, 20" long, and 12" heigh is this a 5 or 10 gallon tank i though it was a 5gal but i have seen tanks at the store labeled as 10gal that look the same?!?!?! please help me! without the size i cant properly treat the tank
