That sucks, that feeling is terrible. I hope the value wasn't over the insured price.

    UPS Rule:

The urgency of package arrival is directly related to how long it will take for UPS to deliver a package.

    Corollary:

If package arrives on time, you will not be home and they will not drop off the package even with a release note.

Wow, talk about UPS being terrible. I do hope UPS won't stiff you on the bill, as they completely messed up this time.

You really need to start your own shipping company so you don't have to deal with all the ones that have messed up for you already. ;D

    Package arrived

The green acropora tenuis is a goner, the red montipora capricornis' water is cloudy but the coral still is showing color, the Miami Orchid acro looks OK and the leptastrea is in the best shape of them all. Temp acclimating them now expect it to take a while since it felt like the water temperature was is around 60 or less.

No it wasn't. I have been in contact with RE and we will be working this from both sides.

That really sucks!! Hope all goes well, and the surviving coral will probably take off in your tank.

Yeah Im not a fan of FedEx either. I got my LiveAquaria package yesterday and my girlfriend went and signed for it. The guy delivering it just kind of dropped it about a foot or two onto the ground to give my girlfriend the signing pad. I heard her from upstairs ripping the guy a new a@%.

Well I'm glad the majority of them seemed to make it alive. I hope they continue to improve!!
