Finally got my cash straightened out from my pension and changing jobs...

    So time to upgrade :)

As of now the plans are Aquacontroller III, temp probe, DC8.. guy has this in my club selling for $250

    Picking up a mp40w for $335

Redoing my sump with a 55 gallon

Then getting a Vertex IN 280 skimmer (get good deals on these through my club)

Also placing a nice coral order and trading around some fish

    What you guys think?

Yeah.. i cant help it.. lol i looked at new fixtures as well and talked myself out of it.

I am going between a powder blue and a blonde naso as far as tang..

I have a 6 foot 125g right now.. but plan on upgrading next year.. so I dont think they naso will outgrow my tank by then.

I love the powder blues but no one local carries them.. and I am kind of afraid to order online since they are so difficult fish. I am scared of them anyway. I see many people with them though. I posted on here recently about them and people have kept them before. LOL think i just need a boost to say do it

For powder blues, I heard the ones from maldives have the best chance of survival. Live Aquaria is one place I have seen that sells them, not sure if anyone else does. The down side is your going to pay a little more, but your chances of singing the powder blues will be greatly reduced.

I fell hard for them also, but after a disaster I am quite happy with my powder brown.

saltwaterfish.com is running a special on powder blues and they have a 14 day guarantee. I have never ordered fish online, so I can't speak to their quality, but I know some people swear by them

Liveaquaria is a good place to try then, they have that 14 day guarantee. It is a much better guarantee than most places.
