    My boss flooded the store when he forgot to turn the water off the Sunday before Memorial Day. The RO/DI system had a faulty elbow and when the bucket was full, the elbow popped off and water filled the store. Would have been fine if the emergency drain wasn't half covered that day.

    Every time I see someone say they clean the algae off their glass with a sponge I cringe. What would possess anyone to use ANY kind of sponge in a fish tank???? It's not a pot or pan! There's pretty cheap equipment for cleaning algae from fish tanks, fresh or salt!

    Its simpler than you think...

    A sponge is used to clean dirty stuff. The aquarium glass is dirty. Lets use the sponge to clean the dirty glass.

    Its not that people don't care, its that they dom't know why they shouldn't use one.

    OMG that is horrible!!!

    I know how it is in the military so once he gets out in Sept and we get settled in to our new home then I have bigger and better plans! *rubs hands evily together*

    Ya New Year's eve I told everyone to keep their drinks away from where I keep my equiptment, supplies etc because its a lot of $$$ just sitting there. Well to make a long story short, one dumb **** guy my hubby works with in the shop decided to put him drink on there so he could put his coat on. He hits the love seat, love seat vibrates the equpt. stand and knocks over the drink. He caught it so it didn't spill but he got a lecture from me like no other (his wife agreed with me ;D) and if it wasn't illegal to beat someone with a plastic stir spoon I would have done it!!!:furious3:

    HA, maybe she thought: ooo sponge comes from the ocean so its only logical to use one to clean the glass of a marine tank with!::)
