    The 135L is by far my favorite and what I would say is a must for any committed for life Canonite!
    As for macro substitution I am using my 135L + my Macro Extension tube and it seems to do the trick!

    That should work well. I forgot to mention I have a speedlite. You will find one handy for taking shots of your fish.

    Haha good stuff, and good to know about the speedlights. I have 3 580exs working off a PocketWizard TT5 remote trigger system so it'll be perfect.

    Automotive Photography is what I get paid the big bucks for but I also specialize in portrait, event and product photography.

    TWOLITREmedia will give you a good idea of the caliber of automotive work I do I suppose. Brand new to trying to shoot fish so please don't use any photos in this thread to make a judgement call haha.

    Yeh haha they're not for everyone ;-) I always love me a clean Vdub.
    The silver civic on my homepage in the most recent article is actually my personal car as well. One of my many other expensive as hell hobbies!

    Ah we share a couple then. Mine include photography, Gaming, automotive modification, reefing, snowboarding, reptiles, and I'm sure there are a few I have forgotten haha.

    haha no kidding. I just upgraded the processor and mobo on my pc and then I informed my wife I wanted to fire my tank back up and I would like led's......that resulted in "the look"
