Tunze Nano Auto Top Off - sensor not triggering stop

    My Tunze Nano ATO will not shut off when the float is raised. It runs the full length of the 1.8 minute emergency shutoff length, then shuts off. The water level rises above the float switch.

    After this happens, the pump hiccups or pulses on a set interval indefinitely. Then, if I lower the water below the bottom of the float switch, it never triggers to turn back on and refill. But the hiccup of the pump continues.

    I think I have a bad sensor.

    Anyone have any thoughts??

    Something definitely does not look right. I would contact tunze support (Tunze USA | High-Tech Aquarium Ecology). They have pretty good customer service and will help you resolve the issue/send you a new one probably.
