I use it and love it. Comes with everything you need. no need to buy a pump after purchasing any other ATO system. The dosing pump does not back siphon. The float switch sounds an alarm and cuts off power to the pump. Very reliable and no maintenance required, for me at least. Pump can be run dry and the controller will automatically stop power to it until the ATO reservoir is filled and controller reset. Extremely, accurate as well.

Only con is the high pitched alarm that i cant seem to turn off in the controller box.

I only spent $50 on my ATO system. Not as nice as that one but it works impecably and I've never had any issues with it. I got the DIY kit from Bulk Reef Supply with the Tom's aqualifter pump. It's a nice little DIY project but it's only a 1/4 of the price.

There are definitely cheaper alternatives, however, if you are looking at it, I assume you have the money... so ...

The Tunze Osmolator is worth it IMO. For a low-profile, bullet-proof, set-and-forget ATO. I love mine too. With the mag mount now I can't think of any cons other than the Tunze price tag.. maybe the sound of the pump. That is noticeable in a small room, but I am nit-picking. Extremely accurate, water level stays within 1/8".
