I use Pro Reef too. Marine Depot is pretty local to me, so I have 4 buckets of them in my house. It saves me shipping and driving costs to buy in bulk at one time. I have used both versions and have settled with Pro Reef without any problems. I tested my freshly mixed water and tested to 0.01ppm on the PO4. If you do have a PO4 problem, figure where it is actually coming from. My problem came from an old TFC membrane that was past its life expectancy. I used this to get my PO4 in the tank under control.
