Too much turnover rate?

    I have a 20 gallon long in the process of cycling. Currently I have 1600gph (80x) turnover rate and I'm wondering if this would be too much for my future fish? Once everything stabilizes, I'm planning on adding SPS

    That should be fine, just keep an eye on any coral and move them around if they show signs of stress. Fish will become accustomed to that amount of flow as well.
