Hey guys, for a 36gal bowfront with fish and liverock only can you have to much flow? I have a HOB Emporor 400 and was thinking about 2 powerheads, a Hydor Koralia nano 425 and a Hydor Koralia 750. This would be 1575gph os circulation for a 36gallon! Should I get just one powerhead or maybe downdrage to 2 nano 425s instead of the 750?

For a FOWLR tank, 10x is plenty; your HOB alone is providing more than that.

That would depend on the corals you plan to keep. Mushrooms and some soft corals would still be fine. Other softies and LPS would need a bit more- 20 - 25x. If you plan on housing SPS, you need 50x plus.
