Not sure if they are tiny worms or tiny debris but they are all over the glass. I've heard of planaria in freshwater tank but these are even tinier. Any idea?

erm if you could describe more that would be great

Just taking a shot at it here
I had hair algae start to grow on my glass and it started out as little white dots on my glass (some were brownish)

Sounds like Spirorbid worms to me. Look very closely, maybe even with a magnifying glass. Are the in the shape of a spiral?
If they are, they are harmless filter feeders

Tried but they're so tiny that the camera doesn't pick up. My fish nor the snails eat 'em.

I always get a burst of snails that are white and so tiny, but they do move. I dont get the spirobid worms on my glass anymore.
