Would any of you guys recommend one? Like i recently posted i am starting a 120g reef build.
I am debating on if i should get one or not.

I just hate the fact that you need a Co2 tank hooked up to it.
Is that really needed? i feel that your tank would produce enough Co2 on its own to not need and extra Co2 tank.
Ive never really considered these before so i dont know too much about them.

    Any Input?

CO2 is essential and doses your reactor, not your tank. It drops the pH in the reactor, which in turn reacts with the media and there's your calcium.

I bought my whole calcium reactor setup, used, from a local reef forum. Paid $250 and worth every penny. It is so nice not dosing every night and morning. I was using 40 ml. of cal and alk (BRS 2 part) a day. Now my parameters stay stable and everything is thriving. If you are having problems keeping levels consistent, I highly suggest it. Look on Craigslist or local classifieds.
