Wow this doser was messed up. Who the hell did the mfg have soldering this thing together? What a hack job, I'm even surprised it even worked at all! Wire splicing without covering them. Everything thing is being held with hot glue.

When I opened it, I still found traces of saltwater.

After inspecting it a little more, I found a bunch of broken wires.

Do you think it is still fixable though?

I had to replace some corroded wires and resoldered a bunch of connections.

This are before I did the work.

I had to flush out the dried salt, rust and corrosion that was on each board.

I removed each timer and controller section and cleaned and resoldered corroded connection.

    Heat shrinked all exposed wires.

Now test the pumps, all three motors work and timer controls them great.

End results, I have a working dosing pump. It took 4 hours to repair. If the mfg didn't do such a crappy job building in the first place, it wouldn't of taken so long. The middle timer is a little faint on the display, but don't know if it has always been that way.
