    Oh I see. do you plan on bringing it back at the start of the new year? If so maybe you could leave it running with the lr/sand and some snails/hermits and just feed it a couple times during the summer, that way you keep the bacteria going over the summer. Beats having to recycle it next year. You would have to setup us some timers to make sure the lights go on and off while you are away.
