    I'm not sure where to post this, I appolgize if this is in the wrong section.
    Have any of you guys or gals purchased from this website?

    I placed an online order for some Warner Marine Ecobak pellets 6 days ago. As of this morning I still haven't recieved an email with a tracking number. I called their custumer service line a few minutes ago. The man was helpful and polite but, it kind of sounded like a one man operation? He was familiar with my order and said that it should be shipped out today, so thats good.

    Never heard of them but their site looks legitimate and prices seem fair/competitive.

    Well I still haven't received an email saying my purchase was shipped. I'm not worried or mad, I'm just disappointed. I feel like I got a good deal, and when I called I got the help and answers I wanted. As an online consumer, I've become accustomed to receiving my purchases in a timely fashion. I'm glad that I didn't need this ASAP. This is my first time with them, I'm undecided at this point if I'll be returning. I'll give them till lunch on Friday, if I don't hear back from them I'll call back.

    Well, good news. I just received an email saying that they shipped my pellets. It took 5 business days from the time I placed the order until it was shipped. BTW it only took 2 business days to bill me. lol I should have a UPS tracking number later today.
    I know you mostly hear about bad service. I wouldn't have created a post saying "wow I received the level of service that I expected!" lol
    So...In fairness.
    Has anybody else had an experience(good or bad) with this company?

    UPDATE. My biopellets came in today. But....... They shipped them to my BILLING address instead of the SHIPPING address? Wow:eek: Well I guess I'll have to pass on buying from them again. Live and learn huh.
    Anyone one with positive feed back of this company feel free to chime in. I am not trying to bash them, I just want to pass a long what happen to me.
