I am having a bryopsis problem so I have decided to tear down tank. Which is fine because I have bigger tank to upgrade to. Just wondering what I should do to get it off some of my corals. I if I do nuke my rocks I'll have to let the new tank cycle right. Any suggestions?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    No bleach.

Consider putting the words Byropsis in the thread title and you will probably get more responses.

+1 raising the magnesium to over 1600ppm or so, with Tech-M and keeping the water pristine should do it.

Cool thanks. Roughly how long does it take to kill it off

I'm glad someone chimed in with raising the Mag, I've never had to battle it yet, but I've heard spectacular results from what M2434 said. Personally, I would eradicate it first before setting up the new tank. If you don't kill it off, then anything you transfer to the larger set-up will just keep growing. I'd hate to take a small problem and make it bigger.

I always run my mag at 1,600 minimum now. The Duncans aren't super happy about it, but they do OK. Chalices love high mag.
