    Haha ok youre right.
The tank was established for like 5 years, so im an idiot.
Is the ammonia from the sand i didnt get cleaned?
Is this just a very slight mini cycle? how long do you suppose it will last?

    Thank you.

it all really depends on how badly the sand got disturbed. IMO trying to "clean" the sand is probably where you went wrong. It can usually take anywhere from a week to almost a month

you have good biological in your rock, sand bed, filter, water.. It's everywhere. now grated so is the bad. I used to keep a very thin sand bed in my red sea and siphon it out when I did water changes and put new in for the clean look. My parameters never swung much because of it. What is the bio load on the tank? Fish/Corals?

The only thing regarding increasing your pH is that it will lower the amount of dissolved oxygen in your water. Plus if you do decide to raise the pH, DO IT SLOW.

    Bio-load.
Lots of shrooms, frog spawn, kenya, a damsel, and a small coral beauty,

No, there is nothing you can (or should do) to speed it up. Its cycling again; let it run its course. If your fish or corals begin to become stressed, you can dose with a little prime, that shouldnt hurt much
