My high was 82 and my lowest 78. I have two options which I can use first are fans and if that's not enough I will turn on my ac and that works all the time.

76 to 81 and I have the same options as the fisherman. 84 is within the acceptable range.

The best method I've seen in an emergency heatwave situation (other than a chiller) is floating bottles full of ice in the tank (not just adding ice straight to the tank!). Thankfully never had to use it, but I'm prepared if I have to! :p

My lowest was 77, in the winter, & 84.6, in the summer, before we go an AC unit. To lower temp I would use a frozen bottles, as Elliot mentioned. before that I run fans. To keep the tamp from being too low, I raise the set temp on my heater.

my highest/lowest are 86/72. These weren't together (it was a summer and a winter actually), were one time occurrences, and do not represent my normal swing (79/76).

I noticed 0 impact from either. But it didn't stay very long either.

    76-86.

I have seen a DIY chiller made from a dorm fridge that I was thinking of building.

My daily flux is a bit higher than I'd like. 77-80.5. Lowest ever was 76.5 and highest ever was just two weeks ago; 84.4. Walked in from work and the AC compressor wasn't working on the house. I opened the top immediately and got another fan going. Biocubes seem to max out at about 71 degree ambient temp after which the flow rate of the stock fans isn't enough. Pretty crappy from a design standpoint if you ask me. Nanotuners fan kit on the way.
