I have a tank that is over 20 years old that has been sitting in my basement for 18 years. The seal looks fine but I don't want to spend all this money and then it leak. Should I be ok or do I need to reseal it?

Take a chance. Fill it up outside first, then see if it leaks.

First someone had a dolphin in their tank, then someone wanted to raise a hippopotamus, now you wanna cram a seal into a tank?

That's it.... I'm gonna start breeding polar bears in my tank... I'll need a good chiller.

Darn you, greysoul!! You beat me to it!!

Does resealing mean acquiring a new seal?
