I would actually wait longer. Give it about a week and test every 2 days or so. Or every day if you want to see the levels gradually raise or drop.

Add the deli shrimp and if you can get your hands on some of the bottled bacteria, add the whole bottle to the tank when you read some ammonia. This will give the added bacteria a food source and you'll have a proper cycle. 4 days seem way fast. Don't risk it.

My concern here, is that you may have barely enough bacteria there to take care of the ammonia that a little food will create, but if you add a real, constant bio load trough live stock, this bacteria may not be able to cope with the new increase and your tank will have an ammonia spike, killing fish and whatever you put there.

Give it time. Remember "Go slow, let it grow" <--- there's a reason for our 3reef motto.

Please don't be fooled into a fully cycled tank in 4 day's I know it's hard to stare at rock - but trust me the ammonia spike was from the un cured rock - if you put a fish in right now you will harm it or kill it over time. Like other people have said the bacteria has not populated enough. Do your self a big favor and put a frozen shrimp in a piece of nylon to help populate the bacteria.
Mine took 5 weeks - a buddy of mine had the same thing happen (5 day cycle) and killed 3 fish and one coral.
I have only lost one fish due to suicide.
His cyto outbreak lasted for 2 months.

Do what you will but I have seen this happen.

Good luck this obsession is amazing when things work out :)

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
You only used 10% LR. There is no way the tank has cycled this I promise.

You will do what you want anyway, but you are most likely going to kill any CUC you get within the next week or so. What are they going to eat?
If you add food to an uncycled tank it will decay and cause another ammonia spike because there is not enough nutrifying bacteria to convert it to nitrates quick enough.

I would have fresh SW made up and some Microbacter7 ready should you proceed with adding livestock before the cycle is completed.

    Good Luck
