Hard to tell from the picture but do you have any surface agitation for aeration? If not you may want to add a nano power head. Tanks looks great!

So you are saying stick that near the surface then?

I just bought a koralia nano powerhead, and that stupid ball snapped off while I was putting it on the magnet base:angry:. The store I got it from made me send it back to hydor (it was 1 day old), so now I am patiently awaiting it's return.

I got it used from another forum's classified. It was $125 + shipping, but new they are like $2xx . They are discontinued so may be hard to find, but I LOVE the way it looks. They are made by current usa and the tank is called solana.

direct the flow up towards the surface , get a nice rippling effect for surface agitation. get good oxygen exchange also. ive got a k2 about 6 inches below the surface pointed up length wise of my tank.

What Divott said :). I use a Koralia Nano but the K2 would work great.
