talk about feeling stupied...but i still got lucky

Today was a day of being humble. I went to change the media on ro/di system, which I have had for +6 months (a little over due in its self). Got through the bottom three stages, when it was the ro membrains chamber that was up next. Once I had the chamber open I notice that there is no membrain in there. I have been using the water from this unit since its arrival. yeahhhhhhh, the unit had the media for the bottom 3 stages installed, but not the ro membrain. No wonder I had such a hard time with algae, but I still bet it. The funny part is that I wasnt the only one using the water, nano has been living off my ro/di unit too. and his tank has been doing even better. So leason learned, check everything...and now i can wait to see what the tank is going to do with perfect water...;D story of my life

 

wow, that's kinda funny and sad at the same time. I would be really pissed at my self. Although I've done some stupid things myself that deserved myself being humble. Well, at least you got it taken care of and now, you should be set.

 

considering everything important to me is still alive, it became funny. what can i do about it now? nothin
